How does customization work?
1. Choose your size
Three sizes (sizing in cm):
XS (14.5 x 7.5 W)
S (17 x 8 W)
M (19 x 9 W)
L (21 x 10 W)
2.Order from the store and attach your images to the order
Be reasonable with your designs, try not to overcrowd so you can see all the imagery clearly!
Include your email as well, so I can send the imagery through messenger and email
3.A final image will be provided of the design. You can approve the design or request an alternation until you’re happy with it
4. Once approved, we’ll get to creating, and ship it out + provide you a tracking number once shipped
Processing time:
Depending on the design complexity and the amount of ours, our design process can take around 4-6 business days
Shipping time:
Usually around 10-14 business days, but please allow for exceptions, bad weather conditions etc.
